About Me
I came to yoga when I was struggling with some health issues that limited my exercise options. Yoga filled the need for a suitable physical workout, but as I continued to practice, I found that yoga and somatic practices helped me heal emotionally and mentally in deep ways I did not expect. I want others to know that this healing is possible.
I teach with a holistic approach, integrating the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I am passionate about creating accessible spaces for all people to experience freedom and healing. In my classes, you can expect a lot of options, choices, and invitations to hold compassion and curiosity about what’s present in the whole self and to remind you of the wisdom you have within.
